What does Frontage include?
Frontage is three things built as one, a custom Webflow firm website, a deal page system with gated investor access, and a branded investor materials kit covering pitch decks, one-pagers, and document templates. Everything is designed together so your website, your deal pages, and your LP documents all look like they came from the same firm, because they did. It's delivered as a fixed scope build and maintained on an ongoing retainer customized to your needs.
How long does a build take?
A typical Frontage engagement runs 4 to 6 weeks from kickoff to launch. Week one covers onboarding and brand alignment. Weeks two and three are design and build. Weeks four through six are refinement, content integration, and launch. Custom scopes outside Frontage vary depending on what's involved, we'll give you a clear timeline before anything starts.
Do I need to have a brand already?
No. Brand development and alignment is included in Frontage. If you have an existing logo and guidelines you want to work from, we'll build on top of them. If you're starting fresh or your current brand doesn't reflect where the firm is today, we'll develop the foundation as part of the engagement.
Who do you work with?
We work exclusively with commercial real estate firms. Fund managers and sponsors, developers, brokerages, and portfolio operators. We don't take on general web or brand projects outside CRE. That focus is intentional, it means every decision we make is informed by how the industry actually works, what LPs and brokers expect to see, and what moves the needle for firms at your stage.
What does the retainer cover?
The retainer keeps your digital presence current after launch. That includes site updates, hosting cost, new deal page deployments, document refreshes, and ongoing CMS support. Most clients use it to launch new offerings, update team pages, and keep investor materials current ahead of capital raises. The retainer starts at $100/month and scales based on volume.
How do deal pages work?
Each deal gets its own branded, password-gated page built on your Webflow CMS. It includes the offering overview, financials, gallery, location data, and a gated data room for LP documents. You control access, pages can be live publicly or locked behind an access code. New deal pages typically go live within a few days of receiving your materials.
What do you need from us to get started?
At kickoff we'll ask for  your existing brand assets if you have them, details on your current deals and portfolio, photos or video of your properties, team headshots, and any investor materials you already use. We'll send a structured intake checklist so nothing gets missed. If you don't have everything yet, that's fine, we'll scope around what's available and fill gaps as we go.
