Dan Caputo Co. had decades of completed work and a reputation built over generations, but the website gave visitors almost no way to feel it. Projects lived as a flat list with little context, the firm's history was compressed into a single paragraph, and the overall presentation read closer to a local contractor than an established company competing for significant work. Visitors landed, skimmed, and left before the depth of the portfolio had a chance to register.
