About the Role
We're looking for a part-time Web Designer (approximately 10–15 hours/week, flexible) to design and improve Formwell's web presence — from our main site to landing pages and marketing materials. You'll own design from concept through polished, responsive final product.
What You'll Do
- Design and refresh website pages, landing pages, and UI layouts
- Create a consistent, modern visual identity across our web presence
- Build responsive designs that work beautifully on mobile and desktop
- Produce supporting graphics for marketing (social, email, ads) as needed
- Collaborate with our developer to make sure designs ship as intended
What We're Looking For
- A portfolio showing strong web design work — clean layouts, good typography, thoughtful UX
- Proficiency in Figma (or similar) — bonus if you can implement designs in HTML/CSS or a site builder (Webflow, Framer, WordPress)
- An eye for detail and a bias toward simple, effective design
- Self-directed and reliable — you hit deadlines without hand-holding
